3-FPM - chronic high dosage use - stories, discussion, experiences, info... Anything! - Wilf - 08-12-2015

With the main 3-FPM threads across the major drugs forums growing ever longer, making it harder to quickly find reliable information relating to specific aspects of this chem, I considered that having a place to collect info on something I suspect a lot of us might be wondering about could be useful... As well as having a personal interest of course, being a daily user myself - more on that later...!

I do know a similar thread already exists - unusual side effects of 3-FPM - the intent here is to complement that with a broader overview of the effects on subjects using substantial amounts of 3-FPM over considerably longer timescales than the occasional multi-day binge, or functional microdosing, eg. <100mg / 24hrs / divided doses.

  • To expand on the title of this thread, and maybe give some prompts towards the kind of information sought, the following might be useful:
  • "chronic high dosage use" - I was at first going to specify an arbitrary figure of (x) mg / day, maybe with a similarly arbitrary length of time spent using, but quickly realised how restrictive that would be. To keep things simple, just post if you use 3-F, feel that you use a lot, and have done constantly for some time...
  • Stories - What's your 3-F background? How long and how much? ROA's?* Dependent? In which way? What keeps you on it? Current dosage regimen, if any? Sleep / wake cycle? Mental health? Physical health? Socialisation? Binges, measured daily intake, or both?! Plans to quit, or don't you care enough just yet - especially valued would be withdrawal stories - symptoms, time in w/d and from what level of use; methods used and degrees of success; ways to alleviate symptoms, and any long term residuals, like the dreaded PAWS... How about your lifestyle and self care? Does it fit well, are you a functional user, or is 3-F your lifestyle?!
Please remember these are just hints, not survey questions - got a story? Tell it! Chuck some funny crazy ones in there too - though I don't feel 3-F's that kind of a drug - except maybe the time I tried using C/lam to bring it down, and all that happened was that I went to the pub, blacked out, and woke up with an empty bank account and loads of RC order conf's filling up my email inbox.... Each one  just for 3-F and / or benzos...
  • Discussion - Considering any of the above, anything else relevant, anything irrelevant, attempted derailments, abuse, trolling, stim-fuelled walls of text with all the answers to all the troubles of all the world, anything and everything in between, also anything on the subject of long term 3-F use / abuse.
  • Experiences - As for "Stories" but with a wider scope - to put it simply, has your 3-F use ever got to the point where it's had an "external impact"? Your job, partner, children, home loss etc etc. Sounds dramatic, but at my worst, I distinctly remember thinking, while blowing big clouds, "this must be what it's like to be on H or Crack full time"... Could not leave the foil and lighter alone for more than ten minutes during a binge; thought about it constantly while out, racked up a line as soon as I got in; benzo use spiralled due to comedowns... Thankfully I'm single with no responsibilities at the moment, probably for the best...
  • Info - Of extreme value would be *any* quotable or pastable sources dealing with academic research on 3-F specifically, and / or Phenmetrazine at a pinch. Any case studies of P/met addiction would be awesome, found some myself but they're stuck behind shitty pay to view academic sites... Knowledge should be free!

*ROA's - notes on IV and rectal administration:

IV - Don't bother. There's a fine balance between mixing a solution that will have absolutely no effect and mixing one that will literally burn through your veins from the inside out, while simultaneously clotting blood on contact, also appearing to lyse blood cells with further mixing (verified through own research, in vitro), and other general circulatory madness. We're talking crokodil lite, with delayed effects from DVT's, stroke, pulmonary embolism, insta-kill... For a rush, if any, pretty much the same as vaping from foil (my preferred ROA) or snorting.

Similarly with Rectal - keep the concentration low, and if possible use normal saline as the diluent (0.9% w/v NaCl / H2O - or 9mg/ml salt water). As well as being a systemic vasoconstrictor, 3-F is also a very strong local v/c, when applied to mucuous membranes - explaining the harsh burn in the nose, as well as the ischemic colitis that will have you wearing a shitbag for the rest of your life if you mix your solution too strong...

Will post up my own stories and experience with 3-FPM a bit later...

There's a thread in the harm reduction section which might be of interest. What the hell is PAWS, btw?

Gotta say, you sound like someone gathering info for a banning order...!

PAWS is what some alcoholics or benzo addicts get when they stop "Post-acute-withdrawal syndrome", prolonged withdrawal symptoms, I've no idea how it might be relevant to 3f.

What's the "insta-kill" about? Surely we'd have heard if there had been one death linked to 3f? The media likes to go over the top with any RC deaths.

I couldn't stop dosing 3-FPM. Insufflated. I couldn't stop. 75mg up the nose every hour. My nose clogged up after a few hours. Kept snorting. Went through 3 grams in 2 days or so. What followed was immense depersonalization. I felt alien in my own house. I really don't wanna go through that again, so I'm staying away from stimulants unless I can REALLY CONTROL myself.. Which I fear I can't.. Although it wasn't near as bad as that one time where I played around with 3FPM + Clonozolam. I did so many stupid, embaressing things that I will regret for the rest of my life. FUCK Clonozolam. Never again. Fuck RC benzos, and benzos in general.

3-FPM seems mild and safe, but the metabolite seems to stay active for well over 8 hours, as it keeps you cerebrally stimmed for many, many hours.. No sleep or anything, so binging is incredibly risky.

3-FPM seems to have some links to vasculitis and/or inflammation. Most stimulants can cause inflammation at some level of use/dose, but 3-FPM seems particularly prone to this. Systemic inflammatory processes tend to have symptoms that are very generic in nature and similar to the kind of symptoms associated with viral infections like colds and flu - inflammation being a key part of the body's immune response to infection. One user was diagnosed with vasculitis by their optician after experiencing visual symptoms following 3-FPM use. Personally, 3-FPM consistently causes visual migraine aura without headache for me, with the characteristic fortification spectrum - something no other stimulant I've tried has caused. Visual migraine symptoms are thought to be linked to CNS inflammation.

These effects may be mediated via activation of the NF-κappaB transcription factor. NF-kappaB is known to be activated by other stimulants including cocaine and methamphetamine and likely plays a role in the development of addiction. Chronic inflammation has a wide variety of negative health impacts, although this is quite hard to quantify. The risks seem likely to be similar to other stimulants that induce inflammation, with risks of cardiovascular disease and neurotoxicity the most obvious concerns.

None of these issues have been confirmed or quantified by scientific research, but reports of flu-like symptoms following even moderate 3-FPM use suggest that inflammation is a comparatively likely consequence with 3-FPM versus other RC stimulants and it's reasonable to assume that this may result in similar outcomes to other stimulants linked to chronic inflammation.

Does anyone have any info on how 3-fpm is on the heart? I have dilated cardiomyopathy with reduced ejection fraction and i just wandered if this substance would be safe for me to take?

RE: 3-FPM - chronic high dosage use - stories, discussion, experiences, info... Anything! - introspecta - 30-12-2015

I've used doses up to 400mg IV without isssue. I don't recommend unless you have a 8ml syringe to water it down with.

I've never used more than 3 days in a row.

1 time I had the flu like symptoms the day after but could have been unrelated and more due to a weakened immune system and being out in the cold for too long.

I prefer IV but am very careful about not going over board. You really have to push it to fuck your veins up on this stuff. I'm talking 3-5 days straight of injecting overly concentrated 3-fpm.

I used to do about 150mg in a 1ml rig but learnt how bad it is for your veins and upgraded to 3ml syringe.

I'm going to try a proper vape session though. I always mixed it in my e juice and never got a lot from it. I imagine getting big puffs off a proper pipe or good foil setup will produce good effects.

Nasaslly the stuff is just too painful.

... Pushing it (pun intended I guess) was exactly what I was doing at the worst point - we're talking multiple strong shots a day over at least a few months. Even with educated and fully clean procedures, rotation, everything, that lark clearly wasn't going to last for very long... Luckily there seems to have been no lasting damage done, but even now just the insertion of a needle into any of the veins I used on a regular basis can cause it to instantly constrict and provoke a local (and unpleasant) histamine reaction. Dreading the day some poor nurse tries to administer legit meds and that happens, causing her to think she's screwed it up, at which point I'l have to explain everything, then recommend a better site for her to use :/

400mg though, that's... Scary, reminds me of a certain user on Bluelight, who by his own admission is lucky to be alive due to complications from excessive 3-F IV use...

Have no idea what that is but I'd consult a doctor/drug advice service.

My opinion would be all stimulants are hard on the heart so I wouldn't risk it especially with 3fpm. Seems to act differently on everyone .

I've been caught off guard with 3-FPM. Daily user now and have been for 3-4 months, I'm posting this right now trying to hold back a nosebleed.

Started out as a party drug for me, absolutely great when mixed with a few vodkas, I'd easily rate it far better than the cola on the streets. One or two keys when out and that would do me fine. Talkative, cracking jokes, looking after far too drunk people and absolutely loving life.

Then I started to dose at work during a busy periods, which worked wonders, I was speedy and accurate. Even got me a pay rise.

Sometimes when I got home I'd treat myself to a little bit more causing me to stay up way later than I should, sometimes all night.

I can't really get into dosage 'cause my eBay scales broke and I was fine doing it key by key. 3 grams could get me through 2 months when I first started using.

Now I'm at 5G a week. I have around 5G left and I do not intend to sock up.

As far as side effects go, my nose and mucus have taken a hit also I believe my sense of smell. My urine stinks, so does my body odor. As far as my diet goes.. There isn't one. If I feel like I need sleep i will benzo out and then eat everything I can when I wake up.

Family life has hit an all time low, they know I had a past problem with benzos so they're always on the lookout, with 3F my mood is everywhere. They keep on asking if I'm on anything and I keep denying thinking I can sort this out. So there is no trust with me.

As for stories, I've arm wrestled a bouncer (he pretended to loose) and he bought me a drink. I've talked to all my favourite DJs somehow getting back stage to most venus. I've talked and had a laugh with everyone I see on a night out. Made some good friends.

Love hate with this chem. I need to stop or I will have no family and / or die.
