Went out to see if I could snap something interesting today. Took quite a few pictures, these being the best of a bad bunch I think:

I am aware this thread is quickly becoming a depository for my inane crap by the way, if anyone has any tips to offer please fire away.

Boobies SirBors.. boobies.. and close ups too... hehe.. get a red filter to do dramatic b/w shots.. and have a notebook to keep notes on every photo you take - settings used, exposure etc etc.. and try various settings for each scene you're trying to capture.. best way to figure out what the camera can do..

..liked the scene of the first shot.. playing with the exposure settings (well the digital equiv) here might have thrown up some interesting plays of the light on the other side..

Already linked this pic once or twice on IRC last night as I was pleased with the outcome of the cakes I cooked (and looking for some recognition for my efforts beyond the satisfaction given to me by my tastebuds).

I now appreciate the amount of effort that goes into 'food photography'... I spent about 10 minutes just repositioning the cakes trying to get the best angle and all that toss. Took a few macro shots and this was the one I was happiest with in terms of most amount of flavour conveyed via a single shot

A quiet place in the madness of 'dam's Spui area (Begijnhof):

I never take many in 'dam; I'm, errrm, too lacking in motivation, lol.

We stormed the castle - 'twas a hard fought battle! The Lannisters fled and we now hold it for Daenerys and her dragons. The little fiery beasties will feel very at home here :D

Lovely afternoon. Windy, hands were frozen, but a nice spot :)

Took a few pictures of my mate's cat yesterday while he was basking in the fleeting glow of the sun. Must say I'm quite happy with how these 2 came out:
