LSZ

Rainbow
Just got an email from LL about them stocking a new lysergide, LSZ (lysergic acid 2,4-dimethylazetidide). Same price as LAD. Looks interesting and would seem to be closer in structure to LSD than AL-LAD though I know nothing about chemistry.

AL-LAD-

Pharmacological evaluation showed that (S,S)-(+)-2,4-dimethylazetidine gave a lysergamide with the highest LSD-like behavioral activity in the rat two lever drug discrimination model that was slightly more potent than LSD itself. This same diastereomer also had the highest affinity and functional potency at the rat serotonin 5-HT2A receptor, the presumed target for hallucinogenic agents, and a receptor affinity profile in a panel of screens that was most similar to that of LSD itself.http://pubs.acs.org/doi/abs/10.1021/jm020153s

Seems like a good'un then. Will definitely buy some of this. Hope LL keeps having LAD and this (if it turns out to be good) synthed because he seems to be the most professional of the vendors stocking LAD.

Well its certainly active, but rats don't know good from bad only that they are trapped and all they get to deal with the being isolated and trapped is food pellets and crazy drugs. So yea according to the rats its active.

binding affinity and discrimination studies don't mean shit.

LSD has lower affinity for 5HT-2A than the NBOMe's, but is more potent by weight.

also, a slightly easier visual comparison

I will be very interested in this

He doesn't stock LAD that would be illegal...

Definetly very interesting. Could not resist getting me some.
Not a great deal of reliable info on peoples experiences with this one.
Really looking forward to a few TR popping up here.

You're several steps ahead of me tonight, Mr Postman! Just to clarify for fg,

Yep I reckon it'll still be in stock until the end of the month.

Also can people please refer to it as AL-LAD (or just AL) because LAD refers to Lysergic Acid Diethylamide (LSD) and I don't want people getting the wrong idea - don't mean to sound like a dick by the way. happy
Please read the site rules HERE
it'll all come out in the wash
