I've noticed more and more that people on here are deep into music production, amateur or otherwise, myself included, so I thought, hey, lets get a headcount of musicians on here, and throw together a UKCR collaboration album, I think it would be a fun project, eclectic to say the least.

Anyone else I've missed, tag them up, lets get this going!

Producers, post your DAW, genre of music and an example of your usual style.

FL Studio, I produce ALL genres of music, from Hip Hop, to UK Hardcore, to Ambient to House Music, I'm down for anything.

Those gabber kicks that come in about 3:18, ohhhhhboyohboyohboy! Sounds sweet as fuck buddy, you've got some tasty production skills!

Had no idea I'd ever posted anything that suggested I produce music but I guess I'm often too inebriated when I post here to think better of it. I'll check back on this thread tomorrow, answer all of your queries about what production software etc. I use and consider releasing a tune of mine under a different pseudonym (I'm feart of self-incrimination!) to give you an idea of what I make.

P.S. When I read "Tempz", I thought Tempa T was inviting me to make music with him and had to do a double-take ;) Remember this folks?

I'm up for this! Got a few tunes knocking around that I'm working on at the moment. I spend most of my time on FL Studio trying out new things and trying to improve my mixes.

Got a couple of new tunes up on my soundcloud if anyone's interested.

First ones drum & bass and the second ones more of a dance vibe. I write a varied amount of styles though. I have a couple of piano/strings tracks that I need to finish off so will post em when I have a mix I'm happy with, as well as a couple of rock tracks. All in good time though!

I write things like comedy lyrics, joke songs etc. Nothing groundbreaking but good for a laugh. Sometimes rap them, sometimes sing them. Might be an interesting addition to something more serious.
The message above may be nonsensical as the author of it is a unicorn. It can be hard to type with hooves.

Wow, we have a varied DAW base here, I wonder how we're going to work collaborations? I figure once we get a definitive list of who's in and who's out we can work via exported stem files or something similar to account for the program differences.

I use Cubase...

Like everybody else?'

Cubase, Ableton, FL Studio alongside some MC's, hmm it's gunna be a tough one to work with but I'm sure we'll get it done, anyone up for setting up some form of collaboration tool, a communal dropbox or something?

Also, shameless self promotion
