Benzos, methylphenidate-related NPS and U-47,700 to be controlled

The government has now published a draft of its amendment to the Misuse of Drugs Act which will ban various methylphenidate and benzodiazepine drugs as well as U-44700. These drugs will be controlled (and illegal to possess) 28 days after the statutory instrument has been made.
