Apppreciate peoples genuine thoughts on this please
My first instinct is that 1000mg 5-HTP is WAYY too much.

Secondly, 5-HTP really needs to be a post-roll supplement as there are risks associated with taking it alongside MDMA.

The antioxidants need to be taken before the MDMA.

For normal indications what you have said is true but for attenuating MDMA neurotoxicity it is not - immediately after MDMA use is optimal, though prozac and 5-HTP have very different mechanisms for their protective effects in these cases. Vitamin C is a good antioxidant but its high water solubility makes it less suitable for entering the brain to deal with MDMA neurotoxicity. ALA is better for this reason but it still has a short half life.
