No, not explicitly. But very few are named explicitly, in fact in regards to the PEA law it's just those in PiHKAL.

But isnt aMT still legal somehow?

I have been away from the scene for quite a wile only just found out MXE is long gone, and bulk supplies of
6-apb have gone dry thru my vendor and this ones just turned up.

Any threads on new laws i should read up on?

TiHKAL's entire contents are not banned. There's a few that are legal.
