4-nitromethopholine

Here is an opioid that might just have what people are looking for. One problem, it may cause blindness. I've been doing a little research on this one, but I'm having trouble finding information on how or how likely it is to cause blindness. Only that its analog methopholine was withdrawn from the market in 1965 due to the occurrence of ophthalmic is reported to cause side-effects and the discovery that it could produce corneal opacities in dogs.So figured I'd post about it here and see if anyone else knows anything. At the very least its pretty interesting.

Sounds like a fairly minor side effect, count me in!

Well there is a chance it doesn't cause blindness. The whole cloudy vision thing was only apparent with methopholine.
I was really hoping someone would have more luck than me digging up either case studies, or research papers involving either compound so that the actual risks could be weighed, and general discussion of this compound and its analogs could ensue. I am very well aware no one here is about to take a chance of losing there eyesight for a shot at a high. I'm really after the discussion of opioid analogs to this, and the likeliness of 4'-Nitromethopholine having similar negative effects to its cousin methopholine.
Everyone is answering the question... would you? but that question was never asked.
